Dr. Hongmian Gong has been an Associate Professor of Geography at Hunter College of the City University of New York since 1998 and an Associate Professor of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York since 2003. She holds a Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Georgia, M.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Akron, and B.S. and M.S. in Geography from Zhongshan University, China.

Dr. John Falcocchio has been a Professor of Transportation Planning & Engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of New York University (NYU-Poly) since 1981, and the Director of the NYU-Poly’s Urban ITS Center since 1995.

Dr. José Holguín-Veras is the William H. Hart Professor and Director of the Center for Infrastructure, Transportation, and the Environment; and the Volvo Research and Educational Foundations’ Center of Excellence on Sustainable Urban Freight Systems at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Dr. Didier M. Valdés-Díaz is a Professor of the Department of Civil Engineering and Surveying at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez (UPRM). Dr. Valdés obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. He has continued working on education, research and community service at the UPRM with more than 20 years of academic and research experience on the national and international level.

Alison Conway is an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering at the City College of New York and the Associate Director for New Initiatives at UTRC.

Professor Mitchell L. Moss is the Director of the Rudin Center for Transportation and Henry Hart Rice Professor Urban Policy and Planning at NYU's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
