Scott Morris manages the data program at CCNY’s University Transportation Research Center (UTRC) and Center for Social and Economic Mobility for People and Communities through Transportation (SEMPACT), the USDOT Region 2 UTC covering the New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands regions. He also maintains the UTRC2 website and UTMSC's multiple transportation research servers.
