Scott Fishberg is a graduate student at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, concentrating in transportation and real estate. Before attending Rutgers, Scott graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society. In addition to his AITE research, Scott is a Graduate Assistant at the Alan M. Voorhees Transportation Center and has previously worked at the Center for Urban Policy Research and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ). For his AITE Scholarship, Scott is examining the impact of the 2001 PANYNJ toll increase on New Jersey residential property value appreciation.
