Rick Geddes is Associate Professor in the Department of Policy Analysis and Management at Cornell University, and Founding Director of the Cornell Program in Infrastructure Policy. He is a core faculty member of the Cornell Institute for Public Affairs (CIPA). His research fields include private infrastructure investment through public-private partnerships, postal service policy, corporate governance, women’s property rights, and antitrust policy. He is also a Research Associate with the Mineta Transportation Institute at San Jose State University, and a Visiting Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute.
