Dr. Negussey earned his Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia and worked in consulting practice in the US and Canada before joining Syracuse University. He teaches courses in Soil Mechanics, Foundation Design, Laboratory and Field Testing, Geofoam Properties and Applications, Pavement Design, Transportation Engineering and Introduction to Engineering. He is faculty advisor to the Syracuse Chapter of NSBE (National Society of Black Engineers) and Chi Epsilon.
