Dr. Thomas Brennan’s research and scholarly interests include, but are not limited to, traffic operations, the development of traffic mobility performance measures, anonymous vehicle tracking (Bluetooth tracking/Cell Phone) and infrastructure asset management. Dr. Brennan holds a Bachelor’s and a Doctoral Degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, and a Master’s Degree in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering from George Mason University. Tom has spent over 14 years in research and consulting, and had most recently worked as a Research Scientist for Purdue University’s Joint Transportation Research Program developing traffic performance measures to assess the interstate highway system in Indiana. Dr. Brennan is currently a faculty member at The College of New Jersey in the Civil Engineering School.
