Basic Information
The CenTIR was established in 1998 as a cooperative research program between the Erie County Medical Center, the University at Buffalo and General Dynamics. The CenTIR was formed to support the Technology Development Initiatives Partnerships Program (TDIPP) established by the TEA 21 legislation.
