The Research and Innovative Technology Administration (RITA), under the new FY' 11 UTRC Grant, requires all University Transportation Centers to submit a biannual Program Progress Performance Report (PPPR) to the RITA Grant Administrator which highlights the center’s quarterly activities in research, technology transfer, education, and workforce development areas.
