Joshua Mark Herman

Mr. Joshua Herman is currently pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Transportation Planning and Engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of NYU. The program stresses the design of transportation systems with an in-depth understanding of the public policies and economic forces that drive them as well as the safety of such systems and their ability to meet the public's needs. His professional experience includes internships and part-time employment with VHB in New York City (formerly Eng-Wong, Taub, and Associates).He is a student member of ITE and ASCE and a member of Chi Epsilon Civil Engineering Honor Society. This scholarship will provide him with a degree as well as the tools that will ultimately help him succeed as a professional transportation engineer, his career of choice since an early age. Furthermore, it will give him the tools necessary to invent, innovate, and become an entrepreneur, which represents NYU-Poly's i2e vision for its students.
